We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of funandauto.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://funandauto.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I love it. It’s so cute, just the right size, and works great. I make a lot of iced tea infused with jasmine tea pearls and the strainer works great for the loose leaf. The only thing that I’m trying to get used to is that the top is very hot when heating water or making tea. I have a habit of touching the lid as I pour, but I’m learning. I’ve also learned not to overfill so that it doesn’t boil out of the spout. Other than that- I’m sooo happy that I replaced my old pot with this lovely new one!! I wasn’t asked to write a review, and I’m not being compensated in any way, but if you’re thinking about buying this- do it.
Soooo pretty!!! I feel fancy using this. Very nice design. Sturdy meets delicate and functionality!!! What I really love about it, when your tea is almost done, you can tip the teapot so EVERYTHING IN THE POT POURS OUT. it is 100% empty!!! I drink more tea now and it looks lovely when being used. All pieces come apart and go together nicely again. Lid doesn't fall off when pouring either. Love it!
This teapot is great! It is the best pouring teapot that I have ever had. There is no dripping out of the spout before or after the pour is done. The design is perfect for little hands as well as big hands. There are easily four cups of tea in this teapot if you are using a 12 oz cup. I would definitely purchase this teapot again and I highly recommend it!
Oh how I love this teapot! My wife was fascinated that it's made out of glass but was further taken aback at how easy and convenient it is to use. I've been drinking more teas as I work to break an alcohol habit and this tea pot has made it so much easier. (to make the tea that is! LOL) I've opted to buy different varieties of fresh tea leaves instead of tea bags. The removable infuser does an excellent job of holding the loose tea leaves and makes for easy clean up as well. It should last for many years to come - if I don't accidentally break it! LOL
I am in love with this kettle! I have had many in my life, and none have had the sturdy strainer than this one does. I was specifically looking for one that almost reaches the bottom of the kettle so that it starts steeping as soon as you pour water in, and this fits the bill. I also love that the lid still works with the strainer removed. It's so pretty and just the right size for both "tea for two" and a larger group. So, so glad I bought this one!
My wife is the tea drinker in the family, and I bought this for her. I was attracted by the aesthetics of the thing, and the reviews were excellent, so I pulled the trigger. We couldn't be happier with our teapot: it is absolutely beautiful, it steeps extremely well, it's very easy to pour from, and the price is beyond reasonable. This is actually our second pot: last week we had a mishap with the first one and shattered it. Love it so much :-)
I was tired of microwaving water for tea and after doing a bit of research, I decided this one had the aesthetic I was looking for without the enormous price tag. I really like it. Also, the handle might not get hot for those with electric burners, but as a gas-stove user, the handle most certainly can get hot being so close to an open flame.
This is the most beautiful teapot I have ever owned. The filter is wonderful; the holes are so fine that even the smallest tea leaves do not get through. I love that the filter basket can be removed when the tea is done steeping, and yet the lid can be replaced. The pot looks elegant with the filter.
This is a really good teapot if you take care of it and are mindful of a few quirks. Overall, it brews really well. The teapot was smaller than I expected but it can easily get you 2 big cups of tea.
I adore this kettle, and it really helps ensure that I get my daily dose of fluids. The spout on this is magical, and nothing drips when you pour with it.
